今日は、普段こんな感じで顕微鏡を用いた精密根管治療をしています、という動画を一つ紹介したいと思います。
これは上の奥歯ですが、昔治療した時に折れたと思われるファイル（根管治療のときに使う針のような器具）を取っています。
この折れてしまった器具を取らなければ、その周りや先の感染が取れず、治癒しません。
実はこんな風になってしまっている歯がたくさんあります。
Today, I’m going to introduce one of my root canal treatment.
You have to remove the file that was broken in the root canal which may be given by another dentist.
If you do not remove the file, you will not be able to get rid of infection around it and beyond.
There are actually many such teeth.
